Powermatic 1791244 29 Shaper, 5HP 3PH 230/460V

The Powermatic 1791244 29 Shaper, 5HP 3PH 230/460V is a sturdy machine with a 35-1/2" x 27-5/8" extra thick cast iron table. The spindle tilts 45° forward and 5° backward for bevel shaping. Three standard table inserts are included, the smaller insert with a guide shoulder for copy work. Two hold-downs and cutterhead shield come standard, and the entire hold-down assembly flips out of the way for spindle changes.
